Origins

Sunrise is our only rosé. Its name comes from the handing over the reins of the company from father to son, from Raffaele to Amedeo Castelluccio. It signifies the new light dawning on the business. After years of experimentation in the wine cellar, this wine was born with a mixed vinification technique to make it more balanced, longer lasting and easier to digest.

This wine graciously accompanies the famous crispy peppers as well as other fried delights. It is an excellent aperitivo drink to be consumed with pizza or fish. With its coral pink colouration, it perfumes the air with the fresh floral scent of roses, cherries, raspberries and strawberries. It is light, fresh and balanced on the tongue.
